SALES MANAGER / LISTER – Residential Lettings Agency
Location: Camberley, GU15
Salary: £45k - £50k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
An established award-winning Independent Estate agents are seeking a highly motivated, capable and experienced Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager to join their hugely successful Camberley Office.
The role will involve assisting the Branch Manager in managing the sales team, motivating the negotiators to hit targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
You will be responsible for hitting and exceeding branch targets and ensuring the branch is profitable.
Your main role though, will be generating new instructions for the team to sell!.
The ideal candidates must have previous experience as a Sales Manager / Assistant Manager / Senior Sales Negotiator in residential sales.
You will be enthusiastic, a strong communicator and a people motivator. You will have a real passion for property coupled with the drive to be successful.

- Previous Estate Agency experience is essential
- Experience in managing a sales team

- Excellent telephone manner
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Full UK driving license and car required
