TSR Legal are pleased to be working with an award winning, conveyancing firm. Who are expanding due to their ongoing success and seek talented Remortgage Team Leaders. This role offers the opportunity to grow within a pioneering and award-winning legal practice based in Newport, South Wales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage remortgage matters, overseeing legal processes such as tenancy remortgages, staircasing, and leasehold transactions.
- Perform daily legal administration for lenders, ensuring accuracy and compliance within set timeframes.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls, updating the case management system (CMS) accordingly.
- Review property titles, report on mortgage offers, and liaise effectively with all involved parties.
- Meet departmental targets and deadlines proactively.
Essential Skills:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced conveyancing environment.
- Proficiency in remortgage procedures with keen attention to detail.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of work and client care.
