A Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer is needed to join our Engineering & Manufacturing team in Thirsk. The role requires a skilled individual who can ensure the smooth functioning of FMCG production machinery and equipment.

Description
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on FMCG production machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair faults in machinery to minimise production downtime.
- Support the Engineering & Manufacturing team in project work and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Update and maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth running of the production line.
- Provide technical support to other departments when necessary.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Profile
A successful Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer should have:
- An educational background in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in fault finding and repair in a production setting.
- A strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to work.
