Social Media Manager
Hybrid in MCR City Centre

My client is looking for a creative Social Media Manager to launch, grow, and oversee several of our internal brands.
As a small and agile business unit, we seek a Social Media and Influencer Manager who not only has management experience but is also comfortable rolling up their sleeves and actively handling tasks. A dedicated budget will be provided to manage and execute brand campaigns, including sponsorships, OOH advertising, and influencer partnerships. The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Ecommerce and we will have the opportunity to build out a team below them.
We are a flexible and entrepreneurial business - so thinking outside of the box and coming up with creative ideas is essential.
Key responsibilities
- Take full ownership of emerging internal brands.
- Oversee the Social Media Executive, supporting their ongoing development within the company
- Manage and expand social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, and others
- Identify and explore new business opportunities to elevate the brands to household names
- Be confident on camera and capable of presenting to live audiences.
Required Skills + Experience
- Proven experience in social media growth strategy with 3+ years managing social media pages.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work flexibly in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage the various dynamic aspects of the ecommerce industry.
- An assertive, enthusiastic team player who communicates clearly and confidently.
- Skilled in ideation and strategic planning.
