You will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance tasks on manufacturing equipment, alongside assisting the manufacturing team with production maintenance issues as required.

Description
As a Planned Maintenance Technician based on site in Plymouth you will:
- Maintain equipment ensuring activities are completed on-time and executed according to the plan.
- Work closely with Maintenance Planner to ensure maintenance tasks are well documented
- Conduct regular maintenance audits of equipment, identifying potential continuous improvement opportunities to improve PM program effectiveness
- Provide leadership for TPM activities as assigned
- Support the organisation and preparation of spare parts and other applicable materials required to complete maintenance tasks for planned maintenance periods and equipment rebuild program.
- Attend during plant shut down periods to perform maintenance activities.
- Provide support to the manufacturing unit technical teams as required
Working hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8am-4pm, Tuesday and Thursday 6am-2pm.
Profile
To be successful you will have:
- Level 3 qualification in related field highly desirable
- 5 years' + experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong working knowledge of electrical and mechanical practises and repair
