Tradewind are currently working with a lovely Primary School central Peterborough who are looking for an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join their team in September. With a welcoming work environment alongside friendly and supportive staff, you will have a chance to shine and develop with access to excellent CPD. Senior leadership are committed to staff wellbeing and cultivating a happy and comfortable working environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Follow individual EHCP's/IEP's
- Provide tailored individual support based on the students needs
- Be creative in your approach to differentiated learning
- Lead small group interventions, as well as one to one
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Previous experience with ASD children
- Passionate about education and working with children
- Have a patient approach when faced with challenging situations
- Be flexible and work well within a team
