They focus on process and manufacturing and are looking to continue expanding through providing a quality service for a wider range of clients. will be working with engineering and research teams to help provide bespoke solutions for thermal processing problems for clients worldwide.
The day to day for the role will see the candidate operating machinery to manufacture varied test samples for clients and internal review. along with performing test runs and designing and assembly of experimental equipment.
The Ideal candidate will have experience within manufacturing/ production industry, hold engineering qualifications and have knowledge or experience with CNC machining. Recently graduated Engineers are encouraged to apply.

The Role Research & Development Technician/ Manufacturing Technician
- Site based, Monday to Friday
- Involved in both research, design and production of projects
- Workshop based, including being hands on.
The Person
- Production Technician or Manufacturing Engineer or R & D Technician or similar experience
- Also encouraged to apply are CNC Machinists who are looking to progress in their career
- Recently graduated Engineers are encouraged to apply
- Holding engineering qualifications - (Mechanical, Chemical Engineering etc.)
- Based in Alcester or Surrounding area
