Position: Behaviour Mentor (Full-time)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and group mentoring to students who need additional behavioural support
- Implement strategies to help improve students' behaviour, attendance, and overall wellbeing
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to create tailored behaviour plans
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to staff and families

- Experience working with young people, particularly those with behavioural needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach
- Ability to manage challenging behaviour and build positive relationships with students
