HR Coordinator

We are currently working in partnership with a local manufacturing company, who are looking to appoint a permanent HR Co-ordinator.
This will be a full-time position based in Halesowen, with 5 days on-site and an annual salary of £27,088.50.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in dealing with all general HR queries and administration.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):

Supporting with employee lifecycle processes including updating starters and leavers on the system
Serving as a point of contact for general HR enquiries and provide HR advice in relation to policy, best practices, and processes
Working with line managers and the HR Manager to monitor the timely production of appraisals, skills matrices and training plans to ensure efficient completion
Updating and maintaining the time and attendance system along with any other data systems
Assisting with general HR admin by producing letters, contracts of employment, induction packs
Supporting with the arrangements and organisation of new start inductions and training
Assisting with the administration for recruitment and selection processes, including updating starters and leavers on the system

Experience required:
Served as a point of contact for all general HR related queries
Ability to manage HR inbox
Organise training and induction packs for new starters
