Your new role
You will be working as an Early Careers Coordinator for an initial 9 month period however there is potential to stay on at the company after the initial contract.
The Early Careers Coordinator is a key member of the Early Careers Team which sits within the wider Talent Acquisition team. Their team is responsible for all recruitment and development of new early careers joiners to the firm. This role supports both recruitment and development teams across several areas to ensure our early talent has the best experience in all engagement within the company.
Some duties will include:
- Organisation and coordination of Assessment Centres (candidate and assessor management, production of assessment materials, candidate query and expense management, general administrative support)
- Event management: organisation and facilitation of events (careers fairs, Q&A panels / online events)
- Insight and Internship programmes planning and organising of all logistical components relating to the Insight & Internship programmes.
- Administrative support with processing invoices, budget tracking, room/video conference bookings for all early careers recruitment and development activity, candidate query management, booking travel and accommodation for programmes / events, printing, and production of materials for all events.
- Tracking and management of apprentice and graduate performance management review
- Logistics management and all associated activity of apprentice and graduate rotations to support the Graduate Development Manager with the execution of the annual qualification process.
- Planning and organising of all logistical components relating to the apprentice and graduate training programmes.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will have some experience in a HR administrative capacity whether that be Early Careers Coordination/Recruitment Administration or HR administration.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive an annual salary of £27,000
