Senior Project Manager - Construction Consultancy

My client is seeking an exceptional Senior Project Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and highly experienced project manager to take on technically complex projects across a variety of sectors including life sciences, healthcare, automotive, heritage, education and R&D.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall management and leadership to multi-disciplinary project teams on challenging construction projects from inception through to completion
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and objectives
  • Coordinate and manage consultants, contractors and stakeholders throughout projects
  • Prepare reports and presentations to update clients and internal teams on project status
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of construction regulations, legislation and best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years' experience managing large-scale and complex construction projects within a consultancy environment
  • Extensive experience with NEC contracts essential
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and manage multifaceted projects
  • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to develop strong relationships
  • Motivated leader capable of managing multi-disciplinary teams
  • Degree qualified in a relevant construction discipline
