HR Business Partner

£48,000 + Pension + Parking
If you are a highly experienced HR professional then this role for a HR Business Partner may well be a good career option for you.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing general HR support with HR, learning and development activities
- Overseeing HRIS system, ensuring accuracy of information held and producing detailed reports
- Taking the lead on the recruitment and onboarding activities from initiation stage through to completion
- Collating payroll information and forwarding to the Finance Department on a monthly basis
- Ensuring HR policies and providers are up to date and reflect current legislative charities
- Managing employee relations and dealing with any disciplinary issues that arise
