Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for an exciting opportunity to kickstart your teaching career? We have a fantastic opening for a passionate individual to join our Early Years Reception team. This role is perfect for 1st or 2nd year ECTs seeking a supportive and enriching environment to develop their teaching skills and flourish in their profession.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons tailored to the needs of Early Years students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to enhance the educational experience for all students.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching practices.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in young children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Dedication to creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
