Account Manager - Direct Mail

Greater London/Surrey
3 days in the office 2 days at home
Salary:
£35k - £45k Dep on Exp + bonus of 30% of basic salary + commission
The Company:
The Role:
- Deliver agreed annual revenue target from set client list
- Manage a varied portfolio of existing customers to ensure they keep coming back for repeat business and are aware of all of company products and services
- Book and manage jobs to the highest standard
- Implement the 9 C's model of customer service across the client base
- Ensure regular contact with all clients within the agreed client list
- Where appropriate, (as agreed with CEO) develop account plans and implement
- Meet with key clients on a regular (quarterly or bi annually) basis to deepen the relationship, uncover development opportunities and make sure they are aligned with their current and future needs
- Actively search out opportunities in your client base recording activity and opportunities in HubSpot CRM
- Generate google reviews and referrals from your client base
- Deliver fundamental tasks including correct job booking, contacting first job bookers and PO management
- Manage customer payments ensuring services received on time and according to agreed terms
- Working in partnership with colleagues and other internal teams to ensure that customers get a good service and the company operates efficiently
- Keeping up to date with company products and services so that they can be fully explained to customers
- Other tasks as required
Requirements:
- 3 years account management experience within a print and mail business
- Target driven - highly capable of building relationships and developing accounts
- In-depth understanding of account management and customer service
- Builds strong working relationships both internally and externally
- A track record in persuading, influencing and negotiating effectively at all levels
- High degree of accuracy when completing projects.
- Open minded and resilient in the face of disappointments
- Can prioritise workload and manage peaks and troughs effectively
- Self-motivated with a positive, curious and outward looking
