Your responsibilities:

Being the first point of call for all IT-related support and providing remote technical support for computer applications and hardware.

You'll handle everything from user administration and password resets to troubleshooting Windows operating systems, Office 365, and legal-specific applications like iManage, digital dictation, and billing systems.

Your skills:

  • A minimum of 1 years' IT help desk support experience within a professional services organisation.
