£55,000 - £60,000 + bonus
Our client is a growing and respected membership forum, specialising in the energy sector with an enviable membership, ranging from start-ups to multi-nationals. They are leading the way in representing its members in the transition to a greener future.
This is a newly created role, to support my client's growth strategy. A hybrid role, offering remote working 3 days a week. The Membership Operations Manager will support members, understanding their common goals and delivering networking events for them to share best practice, industry insights and topical roundtables.
Main Responsibilities:
- Operational management of key business programs
- Build effective partnerships with members
- Strategically map out key discussion points pertinent to the industry and members.
- Project manage networking events of varying scale
- Liaise with members, ensuring the forum is effective for their needs
- Managing designated client base
- Supporting internal stakeholders
- Managing a diverse range of workstreams
- Research and facilitate key discussion amongst members
- Nurture member / external stakeholder relationships
Essential Experience, Training and Qualifications:
- Experience of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers
- Experience in project management, facilitating networking events
- Understanding the energy sector – desirable
- Experience: membership organisations, governing bodies, energy sector
