What will I be doing?
- Turning large sets of data into useful insights to help our teams make better decisions.
- Creating models and visual tools to support our strategies and daily operations.
- Finding ways to improve our services, making them safer and more efficient.
- Ensuring the data we use is accurate and reliable.
- Helping drive our digital transformation by using data to innovate and improve our processes.
What do I need to be successful?
We require our graduates to have a minimum 2:2 degree in Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
You will also need:
- Strong technical skills in programming, statistical analysis, and data visualisation.
- Critical thinking and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively.
- Collaboration skills to work across different teams and achieve goals.
- Flexibility to work in various teams and travel if needed.
Additional Information
Our recruitment process requires you to complete:
- A deductive and verbal reasoning test
- A one-way video interview
- An assessment centre, which will take place between 27th November - 6th December 2024.
