Moulsford Prep School is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to job share the role in our co-educational Pre-Prep, situated in a fabulous new purpose-designed building
The role encompasses Reception duties such as welcoming parents, children and visitors, answering queries and phone calls, as well as providing administrative assistance to the Head of Pre-Prep and first aid to the pupils
Previous experience in a similar role or environment would be an advantage. Must be confident to work independently, be kind, friendly, and enthusiastic, with a practical, efficient and flexible approach.
Moulsford Prep School is situated on an idyllic 30-acre site on the banks of the River Thames, near Wallingford in South Oxfordshire.
The Pre-Prep is home to a Pre-School and Reception to Year 2 classes for girls and boys aged 3-7 years.
