Following a boom in business, our client are looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join their busy and passionate team in Reading. The role:
- Ensure clients have correct invoices and correct invoices have been received from suppliers.
- Ensuring clients have correct and accurate documentation within allocated timescales and are fully informed of all necessary information
- Ensuring payments have been received and made on time
- Assisting sales team with customer queries and complaints
- Daily administration including updating systems
- Ensuring all enquiries have been resolved
The person:
- Previous experience in a customer focussed role with a passion for people
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Friendly, personable attitude
- Strong attention to detail
This is a full time role, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Free parking is available on-site.
