This Company is one of the leading fire protection contractors across the UK, while also providing an extensive range of construction services. This company provides a friendly, welcoming work environment and want to add someone to their close-knit team who is keen to become a long-term member. This well-established business is now looking to expand their company due to their growing order book and therefore looking for a highly motivated Quantity Surveyor to help them grow.
In this Role you will be based in Nottingham and be working alongside the Commercial Manager. You will be responsible for estimating quantities and costs of materials, assist in preparing tender and contract documents, preparation and issue of sub-contractor payment notices and looking after Commercial matters.
The ideal candidate will have a quantity surveying background who has previously worked on commercial projects, you will have a willingness to learn, and a desire to help the business grow.

The Role:
- Liasing with clients to Identify their needs
- Looking after multiple projects ranging in size and complexity
- Cost planning, estimating and monitoring costs
- Office based in Nottingham

- Quantity Surveyor with experience in Commercial projects in the construction industry
- Hard working and willing to learn
- Commutable distance from Nottingham
