Finance Manager – 12-month Fixed term contract.

Are you an experienced Finance Manager looking for a busy hands-on role within a thriving SME?
Look no further! We're seeking a talented individual to join my client to drive financial excellence and work closely with the management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including P&L, bank reconciliations.
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, variance analysis
- Year-end accounts prep for different companies and liaison with auditors and external accountants.
- VAT returns, journals, intercompany recharges, CIS returns and asset reporting
- Lead a small finance team including purchase and sales ledger, payroll/HR and Property
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, providing financial insights.
Skills and Experience:
- Accountancy Qualification AAT Level 4 or CIMA/ACCA/ACA/Qualified by experience.
- Excellent IT skills including Sage 200, Sage HR, Xero and advanced excel.
- Proven experience as a finance manager in an SME with line management experience
- First class communication skills with a hands-on approach
- CIS experience
- Asset Finance experience
