What You'll Do
- Support day-to-day HR operations and maintain accurate, confidential employee records
- Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, interviews, and reference checks
- Deliver HR inductions and manage all aspects of onboarding administration
- Coordinate employee benefits, engagement events, charity initiatives, and long service awards
- Maintain HR databases, support internal audits, and help update policies and procedures
- Handle general HR correspondence and generate reports related to absence and timekeeping
- Conduct driving licence checks and attend confidential HR meetings as a note-taker
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in HR or administration (preferred)
- Comfortable using HR systems and confident in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a collaborative, team-player attitude
- Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified and experience working in a HR support role (HR Assistant/Administrator level)
- Above all, a genuine passion for developing your career in HR
