Administrator

The successful candidate will provide vital administrative support to the close-knit team and contribute to the continued success of the business.
Your duties as an Administrator will be:
- Provide daily administrative support to Senior Administrators to ensure smooth office operations.
- Handle post in an efficient and timely manner.
- Dealing with clients over the telephone and via email.
- Administration and maintenance of company records.
- Producing bespoke reports for clients.
- General office duties such as filing, copying and scanning as required.
- Full training given on professional services documentation.
Skills / qualities required:
- Previous administrative experience would be an advantage but applications from graduates would be welcomed.
- Excellent IT Skills required
- Ability to be proactive and use initiative.
- Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport.
- Confident, professional and outgoing personality
In return the successful
Administrator
will receive a salary of between
£24,000 - £26,000
per annum, with some great benefits on offer including
hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home)
