Our dynamic and highly regarded Housing client, located just outside of Walsall, is undergoing an exciting restructuring project. As part of this transformation, they are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Finance Analyst to join their fast-paced operational team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident individual with a passion for FP&A, who wants to make a meaningful impact on costings, margins, and broader financial decision-making.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a business-partnering environment. You'll work closely with operations and sales teams, engaging in multiple review meetings, and actively challenging both internal and external stakeholders to drive financial performance. Your expertise will be critical as you take responsibility for forecasting and budgeting, gaining insights into revenue streams and profit margins. Additionally, you will be preparing comprehensive management reports, highlighting key P&L variances, accruals, and prepayments.
Skills needed
- Be currently pursuing your ACCA or CIMA qualification.
- Confidence to be comfortable interacting with stakeholders, playing a business-facing role.
- You should have excellent spreadsheet skills, with a focus on data manipulation.
- You are eager to develop within the business and contribute to its ongoing success.
