I am seeking a Nursing Home Manager based around Lichfield for a medium Nursing home with an Active Pin.
Key Responsibilities of a Nursing Home Manager:
- Overall assisting with day to day running of the Nursing Home.
- Maintaining high standard of care for the residents and family members.
- Assist in maintaining ‘Good' CQC – Achieved 10 months ago.
Home Manager
Requirements:
- Active Pin
- Demonstrated longevity.
- With in 30 – 40 mins from the home.
- Good time and Organisation management.
- Good people skills with a hands-on approach.
