**Sales Account Manager The Role

As an Internal Account Manager, you'll be at the heart of the business's customer engagement strategy. You'll manage inbound enquiries while proactively reaching out to existing and lapsed customers to drive sales and build lasting relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and customer service to thrive in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

**Sales Account Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Proactively engage with existing and lapsed customers to promote products and offers
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across a diverse product range
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams including logistics and purchasing to ensure smooth order fulfilment
  • Support field sales representatives with account strategies and handovers
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

**Sales Account Manager About You

  • Experience in a sales or account management role (B2B preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
  • A team player with a problem-solving mindset
  • Industry experience in signage, print, or wholesale distribution is advantageous but not essential
