You will lead the strategic marketing efforts and lead a team of marketing professionals, collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing budgets to achieve the brand's objectives.

We specialize in tactics like CRO, Technical SEO, Google Ads, Content Strategy, Facebook Ads, and Email. Our bread and butter is building efficient, holistic marketing strategies and we do this with our team, process, and style.

Description

  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with agency partners, guaranteeing alignment with brand values, objectives, and standards.
  • Offer precise direction, constructive feedback, and strategic guidance to agencies to ensure the delivery of top-tier work aligned with brand objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with agencies to devise inventive campaign concepts, creative assets, and marketing materials.
  • Handle contract negotiations and agreements with agencies, overseeing budgets and ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Monitor agency performance, track key performance indicators, and assess their contribution to marketing endeavours.
  • Continually evaluate agency capabilities and explore avenues for enhancement and streamlining.
  • Serve as the primary contact between the brand and agency partners, fostering transparent communication and collaborative synergy.
  • Spearheaded the selection, initiation, and oversight of external agencies and vendors, encompassing advertising agencies, PR firms, and creative studios.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field; MBA is advantageous;
  • At least 10 years of marketing experience, focusing on brand management, strategic planning, and team leadership
  • Demonstrated success in devising and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, attract customers, and boost revenue.
  • Profound comprehension of digital marketing platforms, analytics, and performance metrics;
  • Outstanding leadership and team management abilities, capable of inspiring and motivating teams toward excellence.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, enabling the interpretation of data, extraction of insights, and formulation of data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation aptitude, adept at conveying complex concepts and strategies to diverse stakeholders.
