We are on the lookout for a meticulous and collaborative Cashier to become an integral part of our exceptional client's finance department in Birmingham City Centre. This role is perfect for an individual with a proven track record in cashier roles, ideally with experience in a law firm environment.

Annual Salary: £23k - £28k

Location: Birmingham City Centre

Job Type: Permanent

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Conducting bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Generating and issuing invoices to clients, managing the receivables process.
  • Processing cash transactions with precision and in compliance with internal controls.
  • Managing office accounts and maintaining up-to-date financial records.
  • Collaborating with the wider finance department to support overall financial management.

Required Skills & Attributes:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a cashier or similar financial role.
  • Proficiency in Ticket or Partner for Windows software.
  • Strong Excel skills to manage and analyse financial data.
  • Excellent team ethic with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • A commitment to high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
