You will manage both contentious and non-contentious cases, contributing to business development and maintaining strong client relationships.

Description
The Employment Associate will:
- Provide legal advice to a broad range of clients, including company owners, managers, HR professionals, in-house lawyers, public and private sector organisations, and senior employees and executives, on various employment matters.
- Manage a diverse caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
- Draft employment documents and advise on issues such as maternity and paternity rights, discrimination, whistleblowing, employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, mediation, dismissals, redundancy, TUPE, and employment tribunal claims.
- Provide transactional support as needed.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Contribute to business development initiatives.
Profile
The Employment Associate should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with 3-5 PQE within an employment commercial team.
- Proven ability to manage a caseload and provide sound commercial advice.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Adherence to guidelines and procedures.
- Understanding of clients' needs and expectations.
- Flexibility in approach and willingness to work outside normal office hours, if required.
