Senior Accountant
They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join their dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyse financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.
- Mentor and support junior accounting staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- ACCA or ACA qualified
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
