We are looking for a capable, well organised in-house Recruitment Co-ordinator to join a team within a well-established charitable trust in a newly created role. The position offers the opportunity to work in an impressive
organisation with picturesque working environment and excellent pension scheme.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with end-to-end recruitment process
- Coordinating recruitment campaigns for permanent and temporary contracts
- Writing job adverts and sorting through applications
- Completing recruitment candidate screenings, ensuring all mandatory checks are completed
- Ensuring all correspondence is responded to in a timely manner
- Ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed
- Participating in job fairs and recruitment events
- Working collaboratively within an HR team of three in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Two years HR or Recruitment Team experience essential
- HR Qualification advantageous
- Awareness of regulatory requirements in terms of safe practices
- Confident user of social media and MS Office
- Deadline focused, confident manner with excellent telephone skills
- Own transport required
