Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or CILEX or CLC or Fee Earner

I am currently working with a reputable Law Firm who are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Cilex Lawyer or CLC Conveyancer to join their lively team in Sittingbourne.

Preferably you will be over 3 PQE, however, all levels are welcome to apply!

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion; including, sales & purchase, freehold & leasehold, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions.
  • To process cases on a timely and cost effective basis
  • Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders
  • Developing professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of work.
  • Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets.
  • To manage own work allocation, productivity and quality of work with minimum supervision.

You will:

  • Preferably you will be over 3 PQE
  • You will be able to work independently manage your own caseload without supervision.
  • You will have a proven track record of billings.
  • You will be enthusiastic, dedicated, and will enjoy client interaction as well as building and maintaining relationships with clients.
