- Working Hours: Monday to Thursday:9am to 5:30pm, Friday 9am to 3pm
- Salary guide: £28,000 to £29,950
- Annual Lunch Allowance of £1610 per annum (this is in addition to basic salary)

Senior Administrator Responsibilities:
- Work in conjunction with the business support and facilities departments to provide seamless administrative support and enhance employee engagement
- Handle all daily administration tasks, and take responsibility for ordering stationery and relevant equipment
- Arrange meetings, travel and hotels, catering and lunches, and support with visits
- Oversee the company fleet, which involves renewing vehicles when required and managing insurance policies
- Maintain close-knit relationships with existing suppliers and service providers and liaise with potential vendors
- Manage contracts with suppliers and service providers, and arrange maintenance when necessary
- Take ownership of the company's insurance policies, ensuring all information is accurate and meets legal requirements
- Assist with company-wide events, including corporate and charity events, charity events, and the Christmas party
- Administer the company benefits for employees
Senior Administrator Skills and Experience:
- Strong administration experience is essential, and it would be desirable if the successful candidate had experience in facilities and fleet management
- Demonstrates excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines effectively
- Flexible and adaptable in your approach, happy to be hands-on and a true team player
