Digital Solutions Account Manager £55,000 - £60,000 + bonus and car Remote

Overview:
Our client is a multi-national service business supporting the large grocery retail industry with end to end supply chain solutions. As part of the ongoing development of their service offering, they are undergoing a broad-ranging digital implementation programme utilising RFID technology to capture data insights that can then be used for commercialisation purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with in house commercial teams to use data insights to help drive new and recurring revenue streams from customers in the retail and supply chain space.
  • Drive action to unlock supply chain efficiency improvements and revenue working closely with internal teams int he UK and Europe.
  • Manage digital suppliers to ensure that contractual obligations are being met and service level agreements adhered to.
  • Support internal colleagues with the overall implementation of digital products and services across countries within the network.
  • Use data driven insights to help improve customer service levels and gain ongoing buy in and loyalty from customers to support revenue growth.
  • Develop and set up a tool for measuring the performance of digital suppliers and measure ongoing drive for improvements through scorecard actions.
  • Support country commercial teams to help them utilise data capture to promote new business opportunities and service improvements for customers.

Person Specification:

  • Possess previous experience in a commercially-focused role within the tech field. This may have been working retail and supply chain businesses to help drive revenues.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability present well and communicate effectively with country commercial teams.
  • Experience in management of digital suppliers and managing contract performance levels.
  • A detailed understanding of digital technology preferably with some exposure to RFID technology.
  • Proven track record in managing accounts external or internal in a tech product environment.
  • Analytical and detail orientated with advanced excel skills.
  • Confident with IT platforms such as MS Office, Jira and Confluence
  • Prepared to travel up to 20% of the time as part of the role. This will be within the UK and Europe.
