Rate of Pay: £12.51 ph (all fuel expenses covered)
Location: Lancaster and Manchester Areas (across 12 sites)

Are you a talented and passionate cook looking for an exciting opportunity? Our client, Mellors, is seeking a Mobile School Cook to join their dedicated team. This is a permanent position that requires a flexible approach, as you will be covering 12 school sites across Lancaster and Manchester areas. With all fuel expenses covered, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced cook looking to make a positive impact on the daily lives of students.

The Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in cooking and knowledge of food preparation techniques, including bulk catering
- Minimum of an NVQ in Cookery/Hospitality is preferred
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing demands and handle unexpected situations
- Managing a team on occasion
- Taking an active part in any unit sales promotions
- Ordering products via the online portal
- Maintain accurate records of supplies, stock rotation, and temperature checks
- Ability to promote a welcoming environment to customers
- The ability to work well under pressure and deliver excellent results in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of food hygiene is essential
- To perform duties as directed by the Area Manager
- A 'can do' attitude, prepared to assist the rest of the team
- Valid driving license and own vehicle
