  • Order processing
  • Coordinating sales orders
  • Dispatch Administration
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Handling incoming sales calls and enquiries
  • General administration
  • Supplying order progress information to the customer
  • Handling of incoming goods receipt

Skills & Experience required:

  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
