Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to work for a well established business based in the Burgess Hill, West Sussex area. The Accounts Assistant will be assisting with their everyday transactional finance and bookkeeping.
Salary: up to £32K
Hours: 9-5 Monday to Friday
Location: Office based - Burgess Hill
Accounts Assistant duties:
- Managing the sales ledger and purchase ledger
- Credit control support when required
- Bank reconciliations
- Process expenses / credit cards
- Prepare financial reports
- Assist with the company VAT / Tax calculations and submissions
- Running Debtor reports
- Any other bookkeeping duties requested
Skills and experience:
- Experience working in a similar Bookkeeper / Finance Assistant / Accounts Assistant type role
- Good IT and accounting software experience such as Sage
- Experience of VAT and ideally also have CIS exp
