International Internal Communications Specialist

We are looking for an International Internal Comms Specialist to join our International Comms team, supporting EMEA and APAC regions. This is a hybrid role based in London, offering a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, global communications environment.

The Role:

  • Lead internal communications across EMEA and APAC, planning, writing, and delivering content for various internal channels, including intranet, town hall meetings, presentations, and leadership communications.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to craft communications that inform, inspire, and engage colleagues across our international network, ensuring the right messages reach stakeholders at the right time, through the right platforms.
  • Produce creative content, incorporating fresh, innovative ideas to maximise employee engagement across multiple locations.
  • Assist with the organisation of internal events such as town halls and enhancing executive visibility.
  • Ensure internal communications are engaging, consistent in tone of voice, and aligned with external messaging.
  • Support the internal communications response during issue management situations, helping protect the organisation's perception and reputation.
  • Partner with colleagues in communications teams based in New York, London, Europe and Hong Kong.
  • Collaborate effectively with the wider International Communications team, supporting cross-team projects as required.

You:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in communications roles, with a focus on internal communications.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to align internal messaging with broader organisational goals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex messages clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in using various communication tools and platforms.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and providing strategic communications counsel.
  • The ability to analyse data and use insights to refine communication strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across different regions.
