Who are we looking for?
- A Senior Tutor who can guide a small group of students in their learning journey in preparation for their exam.
- Multitask tutoring alongside daily business duties such as course content creation.
- You need to be passionate about educating the next generation of students and have excellent teaching skills.
- You need to be an individual with great communication, time management, reliability and reporting skills.
- You need to be enthusiastic and willing to inspire students to achieve their potential.
- Ability to plan out well thought out, engaging lessons in advance.
Requirement:
- Minimum 1.5 years experience tutoring/teaching in the relevant subject for Tutor and 2 year's for Lead role at KS3 level or above.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check.
- Must be based in London and be able to travel to our centre In Park Royal as we only provide in person lessons.
- Have the Right to work in the UK
- Minimum 4 days a week and at least 16 hours availability a week. (Part Time) (We are open 6 days a week)
- Supervise and support junior tutors
- Hold your own lesson group and be available for cover lessons.
- Maintain resources / syllabus
- Liaise with parents/ teachers proving quarterly feedback
- Monthly team meeting.
- Other duties will be required for the smooth running of the English, Maths and Science department.
