Contract Support Manager

The Role:
- Looking after 600+ sites, covering a grounds maintenance contract
- Maintaining contracts including cleaning, window cleaning and waste removal
- Covering the west of England, including Bristol, Bath and Somerset
- Lead contact for arranging and attending meetings with Contractors, Contractors' staff and colleagues
- Key organiser of KPI and all contract data
- Monitoring and recording of contractor performance and compliance of work against specifications
- Working within a strong Estate Services team
The Candidate should:
- Have an excellent knowledge of amenity horticulture
- Have experience in a role covering grounds maintenance contract management
- Hold a great knowledge of relevant Health & Safety legislation
- Have a good eye for detail when delivering and handling data
- Be able to display competent skills using IT systems (including Excel & Word)
- Be a strong and confident communicator with a range of people from different backgrounds and professions
- Be committed to providing a high level of customer service
- Be comfortable interpreting maps and specifications
SUMMARY:
This is Temp to fixed term role- 6 months role
Working hours to be 37 per week, M-F 8am-4pm
Enhanced DBS is required
This role has a car allowance of £2400 (pro rata) and a mileage rate of 18p/mile
