Job Title: Customer Service Admin

Location: St. Pauls

Remuneration: £13 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Contract Details: Temporary, 1 month - with possibility of extension

If you are a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer service and administration, our client's team has a temporary opportunity for you. As a Customer Service Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting the department's administrative needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Support our client with administrative tasks
  • Take ownership of booking trips and events
  • Assist in rebooking and rearranging trips and events as needed
  • Effectively communicate changes to events and handle potential hostility with professionalism
  • Follow up on calls and correspondence in writing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain thorough records of all interactions and information discussed
  • Collaborate with the team to log important details and updates
  • Provide general admin support, which may include handling spreadsheets, filing, copying, and scanning
  • Possibility of extension to assist with other admin duties, such as data entry and other administrative tasks

Experience/skill set required:

  • Previous experience in both administration and customer service roles
  • Ability to handle pushback and manage feedback from individuals in a professional manner
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
