Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to a KS2 student with complex needs.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Employ excellent communication skills to effectively engage with the student.
- Demonstrate empathy and understanding in all interactions.

- Outstanding communication skills.
- An empathetic and patient nature.
- Experience in supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) is advantageous but not essential.
