Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in driving store performance
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support the team to do the same
  • Lead by example on the shop floor with a hands-on approach
  • Support with stock management, visual merchandising, and store standards
  • Help train and motivate team members to achieve their best
  • Take responsibility for the store when senior managers are absent

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or senior Sales Assistant in fashion retail
  • A natural leader who can inspire and engage the team
  • Customer-focused with strong communication and people skills
  • Commercially aware and confident in a busy retail environment
  • Organised, proactive, and ready to roll up your sleeves
