Elevation Accountancy and Finance are excited to be working with a fantastic business in the Leeds, LS15 area as they look to recruit several Accounts Assistants to join our clients Reconciliations team on a full time, hybrid, permanent basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyse and categorise bank statement transactions
- Perform debt purchase and third party collection bank reconciliations
- Work closely with AP, AR & Record to Report internal teams
- Downloading bank statements
- Balancing accounts including double entry bookkeeping
Person Specification:
- Proven experience working in a reconciliation role
- Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping & analysing financial statements
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This is a permanent position, working on a hybrid basis (2 days office/ 3 days WFH) based in Leeds, LS15. Interviews being held ASAP, salary between £24,000 - £29,000 per annum depending on experience.
