This is a great opportunity for a handyman to join a highly regarded maintenance provider working in Stevenage, Hertfordshire. This role will allow the handyman to show off their skills and experience within one of our client critical site. These sites are a fast paced environment, which is perfect for a handyman who is looking to show off their ability. This role follows a fixed
schedule of monday - friday 8am-5pm.
To excel in this role you will need to be a determined individual prepared to work on projects of all different sizes ranging from changing taps and repairing leaks to building flat pack furniture.
Duties:
- Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks to ensure the efficient operation of fabric- related tasks.
- Respond promptly to reactive maintenance issues, diagnosing and repairing fabric related faults.
- Carry out furniture moves and reconfiguration as needed.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Maintain fire doors and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Three years experience in similar roles
- Client facing
- Good attitude
- Polite and personable
