PPM Co-ordinator
Location - Durrington BN13-3NX
Pay - £13ph Full time
Time: 8am to 4 pm
Temp to Perm
Monday to Friday
As a PPM Co-ordinator, you will work closely with all Contract Teams and contractors to ensure all PPMs (Planned, Preventative, Maintenance) are assigned to the appropriate resource and managed through to conclusion in a timely manner in accordance with the contractual requirements and key deliverables. Ensures that appropriate H&S460 documentation is in place before PPM is confirmed with FPM's. Must be focused on customer care.
Responsibilities:
- Check/Chase/Close Weekly and Monthly PPM's - Engineers comments to RM's for information/action (Monday/Wednesday & Friday weekly)
- Request SubContractors weekly schedules & compile spreadsheet to be sent to Client on a weekly basis (Friday)
- HS460 Processing for PPM's
- Request SubContractors weekly schedules & compile spreadsheet to be sent to Client on a weekly basis
- Other office admin duties
Essential
- Good communicator
- Keen awareness of customer focus
- Computer literate good knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Prior experience of CAFM Systems is essential preferably Planon
Desirable:
- Experience working within FM Environments
