Studio Host & Office Coordinator - Camden, London (Full Time, In-Person)
Welcome to Fitzrovia Post - a leading post-production house with 30 years of storytelling at our core and a flagship studio in Camden. We are content creators, talent managers and post production. Our facility is VIP facing, no fan girling here but VIPs all day.
We're looking for a standout host to run our front-of-house experience and keep the studio humming. This is not a receptionist role - it's about presence, polish, and creating an elevated hospitality experience every single day. You are on the move throughout the space all day.
You'll be the first face our VIP clients see, and the one they remember. You'll bring energy, warmth, organisation, and total ownership of the day-to-day studio space - from greeting guests and setting the tone, preparing lunches, organising events, to coordinating studio flow, refreshments, and light office admin.
You'll thrive here if you:

- Keep a space spotless without needing to be asked
- Can manage emails, calendars, and general office coordination

- Do not crumble under pressure but co-ordinate with grace and finesse in boss mode
Key details:
- Full-time, in-studio, Camden
- Candidates only considered who are London based and contractually remain London based for proximity
- 8:30am - 6:00pm, Mon-Fri (some evenings and weekends for events)
- Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
