They are looking for someone who has previous experience managing firewalls and switches!

IT Technician Duties:
- Resolving infrastructure and system incidents
- Undertaking general troubleshooting
- Investigating work with all types of hardware and software
- Setting up new users
- Improve IT systems and processes
- Managing and implementing a log of all in progress and outstanding IT issues
