Accounts Manager

They are currently seeking a highly organised and experienced Accounts / Billing Manager to join their team and oversee our billing operations. The role will be responsible for managing and streamlining the billing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in invoicing and collections. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and experience in billing and accounts receivable management. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to support the financial health of the company and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the billing process, from invoice generation to payment collection.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in issuing invoices and resolving billing discrepancies.
  • Improve, develop, and implement billing procedures and policies to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and work with clients to ensure timely payments.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with billing policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and present reports on billing activities, collections, and outstanding accounts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues and improve processes.
  • Manage and mentor a team of billing specialists, providing training and support as needed.

Ideally, applicants will have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Proven experience as an Accounts / Billing / Finance Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of billing and invoicing procedures, as well as accounts receivable management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial data management.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
