Role: Sales Manager

Salary / Rate of pay: From £16.00 per hour
Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with an apartment block in Pimlico, London and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Manager to join their team on a temporary basis.

What's involved?
- Develop and execute the community's comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to attract and retain residents
- Manage a team of leasing agents, providing coaching, training, and performance management to drive team success
- Identify and pursue new lead generation opportunities, including networking, advertising, and community outreach
- Conduct property tours, respond to inquiries, and negotiate lease terms to close new rental agreements
- Maintain detailed records of all leasing activities, including lead tracking, applications, and move-ins/move-outs
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and occupancy data to inform sales strategies and pricing decisions
What is needed?
- Minimum of 5 year's experience in business development, in the serviced apartment or corporate housing sector
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Immediately available with no prior commitments such as holiday or notice period
- Willingness to travel as required
- BTR (Build to rent) experience
- Have the right to work in the UK
